It's the talk in all of Washington at the moment and all across the country.  Probably even moreso than it was back when it was passed... healthcare (otherwise known as "Obamacare").  The United States Supreme Court began the case this week that will once and for all decide if the law is constitutional or not.

SACRAMENTO – As the U.S. Supreme Court hears arguments this week concerning the constitutionality of “ObamaCare,” Assembly Health Committee Vice-Chair Dan Logue (R-Marysville) today introduced legislation that would urge the federal government to repeal ObamaCare and instead create a fiscally-sustainable and consumer-directed system.

It is often said that peacekeeping is a growth industry. However, this should never preclude the United Nations from finding a better way to do business. Is it merely a coincidence that every time the government steps in to make something more affordable and more readily available, that very thing becomes more and more expensive over time (and usually diminishes in quality too)? It's a story we've seen repeated again and again, especially throughout recent American history.
