Many have heard of the Annual Father Joe's Annual Thanksgiving 5k run/walk that takes place in Balboa Park every year. With over 100,000 participants last  year, this event will be hard to miss. The run/walk will start  at 7:45am, and begins at the San Diego Museum of Man in Balboa Park.

Tomorrow, the Red Dawn remake, the original movie dating from 1984 which describes the Soviet Union invading America and the resistance of group of teenagers, will be released in theaters in an attempt to capitalize on America's remaining Cold War-era fears.
