US Sens. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Ted Cruz (R-Texas) took part in another CNN debate on tax reform Tuesday.

This time, they were joined by Sens. Tim Scott (R-South Carolina) and Maria Cantwell (D- Washington). The debate was hosted by CNN personalities Jake Tapper and Dana Bash.

San Diego State University officials and consultants laid out their $3 billion plan for expanding the university into Mission Valley.

At a news conference on campus, officials said the plan could take as little as 15 years for the complete buildout to occur, with the first phase being finished by 2022.

Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee blasted Republican US Sen. Bob Corker and other GOP lawmakers who are refusing to get behind their own party's tax reform plan during an appearance on Fox & Friends Tuesday. He said that while some lawmakers say they are trying to get to "yes," they are really trying to "gum up the works" by suggesting that the current efforts behind tax reform are not going to work and grow the economy.
